They make a giant calzone for about 6 bucks with the same great sauce and cheese. Their heroes are awesome and also way over-sized especially for again like 6 or 7 bucks. Try the Hogan's Hero an Italian style hero with fresh roasted peppers, and you can load it up to the max. I can eat that for two days usually.

Hogans General Store is a great place in Andes NY and without a doubt has the best pizza in the Catskills. As a former Long Island and NYC dweller I know my pizza and it is as good or better than most of my old favorites from down below.
They also have all the little essentials like beer and really good baked goods.
Worst place in Andes to go, overpriced and new owner is nasty.
You can't go wrong if you ever pass through Andes, it's worth a slice of pizza and an ice cream cone at least, and kick back on the porch and watch the world go by.
The pizza I got was a piece of stale bread with sauce & barely melted cheese. And the prices are outrageously expensive for where its located.
